The best thing we can say about our work is that our customers say it better. Every review below comes from a Michigan homeowner who let us onto their roof, into their insurance claim process, or through their front door for a free inspection. We didn’t script any of it. We just showed up, did the work, and let the results speak.
Hear directly from one of our satisfied Michigan homeowners on why he chose MVP Roof Pros over other roofing contractors for his full roof replacement.
I do not post things ever but I wanted to share my experience. MVP Home Specialists did a fantastic job for me. They were professional and courteous. They kept me informed and made the whole process stress free. My house received storm damage. I was overwhelmed with offers to get my roof fixed. As I was contemplating who to hire I saw my neighbor getting his roof repaired by MVP. I could not believe how fast the work was done. It looked great and there wasn’t any debris left anywhere. It was like nothing happened. I got the number from a sign and gave them a call. I met with them, they were easy to work with, did a great job for me and worked with my insurance to make the process very easy. The work was done and my house looks great. I also appreciate that there was no mess left behind in my yard. Everything was taken care of. They also showed me the repairs made after it was completed to ensure I knew it was done. They did not cut corners. I want to say thanks to the people of MVP Home Specialists for getting our damaged home back to normal.
Brent, Derrek and the crew at MVP did an amazing job helping us through the whole process of repair our home. They installed a new roof on our house and barn, new siding, new gutters, and replaced a broken window after a hail storm. We were able to contact them anytime we had questions and received responses right away. They updated us along the way and the repair work turned out amazing. We are very happy with how the house turned out. Jeremy was very nice to talk to as the work was being done and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. The crew cleaned up the work area very nicely when they were done. Very impressed with how professional and friendly the whole team at MVP is. Something that is getting harder and harder to find now days.
MVP did an outstanding job on my roof. They were excellent working and fighting with my insurance companies adjuster to get me the most money possible for a proper replacement of my roof. On top of that, they do outstanding quality work. I highly recommend them!
I’ve never been one to post reviews.. but didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to praise MVP for a job well done. We had hail damage to our roof, and the crew was the most dedicated group we’ve ever had out to our home for a job. They tirelessly spent days in the heat and worked as though it was their own house. Our roof is beautiful !! Thank you !! MVP
We had MVP take care of storm damage to our home, new roof, siding, and garage doors. Also had them add on some projects that were needing to be done to renew the home and we love the finished product. Doug and crew were great to deal with along the way, I would recommend calling them when your in need!
MVP has really outdone themselves. They went above and beyond for us. The entire process was so easy and we didn’t even have to do a thing. They handled all the insurance claims, and they also handled the insurance adjuster. MVP always kept in communication and made sure we were aware what was happening and what was going on. One of the best parts, was when we got to pick out the roof and siding. They surprised me with all the selections for roofs as well as multiple selections for siding. They knocked out our roof and siding extremely fast. I couldn’t be more happier with the way everything turned out.
This company is extremely caring and the owners and contractor were amazing. I did call them in a panic, and they immediately rushed here and made sure everything was fine. If you are looking for a new roof or siding I absolutely recommend MVP. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I want to take the time to thank MVP Home Specialists for the job they did replacing my roofs on my house and outbuilding. They handled everything with the insurance company when State Farm was refusing to cover all of the damage. Although it took the intercession of a public adjuster to come to an agreement with State Farm over the course of a year and a half, MVP handled all of it. Their diligence in this matter was greatly appreciated. They kept with it and didn’t give in. Once an agreement was made, MVP quickly scheduled the completion of the work. The work that was performed by their crew was quick and efficient. Thank you for a job well done!
MVP did our roof and they were amazing throughout the whole process. They were incredibly clear about every step of the process, answered tons of our nervous phone calls graciously, and even assisted us in filing our insurance claim. They did a great job on our roof, and stayed within budget so that our insurance payment covered almost the entire project.
Beyond that, they made it clear that they had our best interests at heart. They offered to replace our gutters as well, but suggested that another company could likely do it for a better price. They checked our attic a week afterwards for free, just because they were in the neighborhood and we asked them to. This is an honest to god family run, family oriented business, and it shows through their incredible service.
We will certainly be contacting MVP for any of our future home improvement needs.
I was quite happy with Their service they were in in two days later they were done and the roof looks perfect. They were also quite cooperative about moving their equipment to meet my needs.
MVP Roof Pros did an outstanding job on our roof! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Doug, Brent, Carol, and Crystal were all incredibly professional, easy to work with, and truly dedicated to ensuring a high-quality result. Their commitment to excellence is evident in the finished product. I would recommend MVP Home Specialists without reservation to anyone looking for the highest quality work and a superb customer experience. They are true MVPs!
I do not write reviews. However, MVP has done it all for me and my family. They identified the damage. They worked with my insurance company. MVP did not seek to sell me unwanted items. Their work was well-done and within the timetable they described. I have already recommended MVP to my relatives who should be signing up with them shortly. Thank you, MVP!
They did a great job with roof and gutters. Very organized and started on time and finished on time. Stuck with quote pricing throughout!! Highly recommend
I couldn’t be happier that I was referred to MVP, for my first claim with my insurance company. I was SUPRISED to find my insurance was not willing to cover all my damages despite the numerous pictures indicating severe hail damage. Thankfully, MVP, with the assistance of a Public Adjuster, was able to work with my insurance company and I got all of my repairs covered and done! Their roofing and siding team was amazing! They put in 10 hr days, were friendly and finished faster than I thought possible AND did a great job!
We used MVP for our hail damage. Their team from start to finish was terrific. Communication was second only to the quality of their work. We are grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone.
